Sensors India’s 28-Day Test and Temperature Levitate Apparatus is a state-of-the-art PLC-controlled system designed for MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) testing as per international standards. This apparatus performs three critical tests:

1. 28-Day Test

✔ MCB undergoes 28 test cycles, each consisting of:

• 21 hours with rated current (>30V AC).
• 3 hours without current.
  ✔ Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) ensures precise cycle control.
  ✔ Automated system for uninterrupted long-term reliability testing.

2. Temperature Rise Test

✔ Conducted using a Constant Current Source to evaluate MCB heating characteristics.
✔ Digital Temperature Scanner with 12 channels for real-time monitoring.

3. Watt Loss Test

✔ Measures power dissipation at rated current.
✔ Open voltage measurement (>30V AC).
✔ Digital Milli-Volt Meter for accurate voltage loss assessment.
