The MCB is exposed to 28 cycles, Each cycle comprising 21 hours with rated current more than 30 Volts. And 3 hours without current. PLC is used to maintain the cycle. Complete PLC controlled system to test MCB as per the standards requirement.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Temperature Rise Test<\/strong> Temperature Rise Test also can be carried out of Constant Current Source. Digital Temperature Scanner with 12 channels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Watt Loss Test<\/strong> The watt loss measurement at rated current and at open voltage of more than 30 Volt AC. carried out with this panel. Digital Milli Volt Meter is provided for Voltage measurement.<\/p>\n<p>The apparatus test is designed so ergonomically that the once program\u00a0 is in run mode it will annunciate the PASS FAIL results as per standards requirement.<\/p>\n<p>The circuit-breaker is subjected to 28 cycles, each cycle comprising 21 h with a current equal\u00a0to the rated current at an open circuit voltage of at least 30 V, and 3 h without current under\u00a0the test conditions of\u00a0 the circuit-breaker is in the closed position, the current being established and interrupted by\u00a0an auxiliary switch.
