Product Overview
The Water Immersion Test Chamber is designed to evaluate the resistance of electrical products, components, enclosures, and other test specimens to water ingress under controlled immersion conditions. It is suitable for laboratory testing, product development, quality control, and verification of enclosure protection against water penetration.
The system features a vertical stainless-steel tank with internal dimensions of 500 × 500 × 1500 mm (W × D × H), providing adequate space for immersing suitable test specimens. A viewing window allows visual observation of the test specimen during immersion. The equipment incorporates a timer-based control panel for setting and monitoring the test duration.
A dedicated water reservoir and pump assembly supports water circulation or filling as required by the test procedure. A drain outlet with a valve facilitates convenient emptying of the chamber after testing. The system is mounted on a sturdy frame with adjustable supporting feet.

Applicable Standards
The equipment may be configured for applicable water immersion and ingress-protection test procedures under relevant standards, including IEC 60529 (IP Code), where the specified test method and equipment configuration are suitable.
The applicable IP rating, immersion depth, duration, water conditions, and other test parameters must be selected according to the relevant product standard. This chamber should not be considered suitable for every IPX7 or IPX8 test without verification of the required test conditions.
