Cold Bend Test Chamber -Flexing Test Apparatus is designed to evaluate the mechanical endurance and flexibility of cables repeated bending conditions.

Key Features & Functional Details

• Bending Mechanism:
  • The sample is bent backward and forward at 90° on both sides of the vertical axis.
  • Each complete flexing cycle covers 180°.
  • Flexing rate: 60 cycles per minute.
• Load & Sample Holding:
  • 0.5 kg weight provided with suitable grips for securing the sample.
  • Provision for fixing tinsel cord (flat type) in the test setup.
• Digital Cycle Counting & Power Backup:
  • 6-digit resettable counter with battery backup (up to 72 hours).
  • Ensures data retention during power failures.
• Standard Motor & Power Supply:
  • Uses standard motors for continuous operation.
  • Operates on single-phase 230V, 50Hz AC supply.
