End of line test for Iron
End of line test for Iron device has been designed to simulate condition of actual ironing, thus testing of following parts simultaneously.
- Teflon Coating.
- Life of heating element.
- Life of thermostats.
- Flexibility of Cord (Normal Usage)
It consists of State-Of-The-Art design with rodless pneumatic cylinders, PLC, HMI, Special Programms, Stepper Motor Drive with Permanently lubricated rollers. The toughest fabric, i.e Denim is mode to roll in steps in programmed mode.
Electric iron, irons are make to press fabric to and fro causing maximum endurance of sole plate. In this process heating element is also switched On & Off with the thermostats, these all operations are recorded. The machine has got following specifications:
